Russia gives $30 mln free aid to Kyrgyzstan to support budget
MOSCOW, Mar 27 (PRIME) -- The Russian government has decided to provide U.S. $30 million of free aid to Kyrgyzstan to support the country’s budget, presidential aide Yury Ushakov told reporters on Wednesday.
“In 2018, Russia fully wrote off Kyrgyzstan’s state debt of $240 million. Just recently, literally in March, the government … of Russia made a decision to provide $30 million of free aid to Kyrgyzstan to support the country’s state budget,” he said.
